This is an intensive but enjoyable course to help you not only help others in distress but also to help you find your own limits.

The course consists of a mixture of academic open water training and scenarios. Classroom training is held at the shop, with the rescue scenarios held over several days at the coast.

The course cost is £325 to include all materials, instruction and certification.
