Get onto the M5 and head South.

At junction 31 (end of motorway) continue onto the A38.

Carry on past Kennford Services, and then at the junction of the A38 and A380 take the left hand fork onto the A380.

At Penn Inn (Junction with A382) take 2nd exit.

Continue through Kingskerswell (past The Sloop pub)

Continue along the A380 past the Hare and Hounds pub, and at Kerswell Gardens Roundabout take 2nd exit (signposted Brixham).

At Gallows Gate, at the roundabout take the 2nd exit.

At Preston Down, at the roundabout take the 2nd exit.

At Churscombe Cross, at the roundabout take the 2nd exit.

After approx 1.7 miles, at the junction of A385 and A3022 go straight ahead at the traffic lights and continue along the A3022.

After just over 2 miles at the junction of the A3022 and A379 turn right at the traffic lights.

At the end of New Road (A3022) turn left into Market Street.

Turn right onto Middle Street.

At the harbour, turn right into the Strand.

Keeping the water on your left, turn right into Fore Street, and then left onto King Street.

Continue ahead onto Berry Head Road, and the car park for Breakwater beach is just ahead on the left hand side (pay and display).
