Manado, North Sulawesi - October 2007
A two-centre trip to North Sulawesi in Indonesia; 9 nights at Tasik Ria Resort followed by 5 nights at Kungkungan Bay Resort. Then, just to make the holiday even more special, we stopped off in Singapore for 3 nights on the way home!
The seas off North Sulawesi are said to hold the greatest variety of marine life on the planet. Everything from the smallest pygmy seahorses and nudibranchs to eagle rays, orcas and pilot whales. Manado is an idyllic, tranquil diving destination with an outstanding and celebrated bio-diversity - it's also an underwater photographer's paradise.
