Bonaire and Curacao - October 2008

Two weeks in the Dutch Antilles in the Caribbean - the first week in Bonaire, the second in Curacao.

The week in Bonaire included a pick-up truck as part of the package, with tank fills available from a McDonalds-style "drive-thru" air station, (with free Nitrox!). Unlimited shore diving - we had our trucks, we had our air, and we had our island maps ... see ya later!

Curacao was to have been a week of boat diving, but unfortunately after the first couple of days Tropical Storm Omar decided to pay us a call, putting and end to any further diving. Oh well, can't have everything - but at least the local shop took pity on us and dropped the price of beer !!
